  "School Re-record Rights"

The Producers of the Passport & Palette series have also granted the "School Re-record Rights" to Schools Nationwide until May 2011.

What are School Re-record Rights? - They are rights allowing educators to record TV programs off the air or from cable and to use them for a specified time to preview or for lessons planned for their students in their classroom.

What other terms are used to mean "school re-record rights"? - School Re-record Rights are also known as: Educational off-air recording rights; school rights; taping rights; and educational rights.

How do I find the series in my area? - The Passport & Palette series first season has been released to all Public Television Stations Nationwide for unlimited broadcast at no cost to the station till May 2011; so the best way to find our programs in your area is to contact your local Public Broadcasting Station(s) and ask when the series will air on the channel(s) in your area  – as their programming & scheduling departments makes this determination.
